I can verify the shearing of DNA. I'd like to proceed the next step (immunoprecipitation). Now, You carry out ChIP with XXX and YYY antibodies.
If these antibodies work well, I'd like to do ChIP assay. Could you tell me whether these antibodies are working well or not?

I consulted you that I will plan to determine ZZZ binding to WWW promoter. Previously another group reported that YYY binding sites locate the WWW promoter.
So, we'd like to perform qPCR. I found the primers of regular PCR. Could you design the qPCR primers and help us? I can go to you anytime.
