"We dont do technical support"
"Jo men jag behöver bara koden du har för denna telefon så att jag kan låsa upp den igen"
"So you want to unlock the phone so that you can make international calls"
"WTF. I just want to use my phone"
"Look, Thats what Ive tried to tell you, we dont do techincal support"
"Öh, but I know that you have this code on your system"
"Sorry sir I cannot do that for you"
"Ok, then Im obviously talking to the wrong man"

Mr Dumbo kommer tillbaka och har äntligen förstått att han kanske borde hjälpa mig, och allt blir löst på 2 secunder.
Lite lätt chit-chat om Iphone,
"So I guess I cant sign up for a preorder of the new iphone"
"No, we are only going to sell that to new customers"

"Yeah, you will not be eligible to get an iphone, last time around they did it all wrong, they sold it to anyone, AT&T is going to have more control this time"
